Marguerite Greeff

Marguerite Greeff

Marguerite is an experienced attorney, notary public and conveyancer. She graduated in 2004 from the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in 2007. She did her articles at a large and established law firm in Cape Town and later joined another law firm as a director at their Stellenbosch branch. In 2012 she opened the doors of Greeff Attorneys. Marguerite obtained the Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Law in 2011, which adds diversification to the advice and service provided. She specialises in property law and conveyancing, commercial law, business continuity planning, mergers and acquisitions, trusts, wills and the review and advice on legal risk attached to business ventures and strategic decisions.  She also has a Notarial Practice, which includes the drafting of notarial bonds, cessions and antenuptial contracts and notarising documents for use in foreign countries.

Marguerite is experienced in training and the offering of seminars to role players in the financial and property industries. She is a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa and a graduate of the Significant Leadership Programme.

Anke Senekal

Anke Senekal

Anke obtained her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch. She is a qualified attorney and notary public. She joined the Greeff Attorneys team in 2018. Anke gained practical experience from the LegalAid Clinic, where she assisted clients in matters ranging from divorces and family violence to labour law disputes and illegal evictions. Anke is a specialist in matrimonial law, estate planning, deceased estate administration and commercial law matters.

Aanisah Sonday

Aanisah Sonday

Aanisah obtained her LLB degree at the University of the Western Cape. During her studies she earned a place on the Dean’s Merit list and participated in the Top Achievers Program. She attended the School for Legal Practice through UCT in 2017. Aanisah is a qualified attorney and conveyancer and specializes in property law and conveyancing as well as commercial law and the administration of deceases estates.

Anneke Smit

Anneke Smit

Anneke is an attorney and is acting as a consultant for Greeff Attorneys. She was admitted as an attorney in 2004. She represented one of the major banks and successfully ran a conveyancing department. Anneke has worked closely with the National Credit Regulator and was involved in the training of debt counsellors. She presented a number of papers, one which was presented at an international law conference that was held at the Washburn Law School in Kansas, America. From 2007-2009 she attained international experience working for a law firm in New Zealand. Anneke obtained a LLM in commercial law in 2009. Before joining Greeff Attorneys she also lectured at Varsity College teaching various law modules.

Nadine Barnard

Nadine Barnard

Nadine is an admitted attorney and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). She graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in 2013. She completed her articles at a boutique law firm in the Northern Suburbs and was appointed as a Director of the firm in 2015. In 2015 she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of Stellenbosch and attained registration as a CFP® Professional with the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa in 2016. Nadine specialises in trusts, wills, administration of deceased estates and estate planning and she is currently acting as a consultant for Greeff Attorneys.
